Habitat for Humanity Build Day

Saturday, February 29, 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A team from First Church will participate in a Habitat for Humanity “build day” in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood on February 29, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 pm.

No special skills are required to participate. Work will take place indoors; however, we expect that it will be cold.   Note that participants must be at least 16 years of age.  Permission forms from a parent or guardian is required for anyone under 18

Registration:   Please complete the online registration for the church below, and ALSO register for Habitat on their online form here.

Cost:  Habitat asks $250 per participant, but First Church has secured some funding and so we are asking $75 per person.  Folks for whom that is a hardship should check the second registration option.
